We are capable of setting up any type of beverage service you may desire.
The following are a few ideas for you to consider.

OPEN BAR

A system in which the sponsor pays for all drinks served. Prices are based on a per hour cost per person.
Bartender charge of $50 waived with function total over 75 guest.

CHIT BAR

A program in which the Host/Hostess supplies their guest with a predetermined amount of tickets or chits which are redeemable for drinks at the cash bar. These chits are tallied according to the type of drink purchased and are subject to a 20% and the 8% tax.

CHAMPAGNE

CASH BAR

A system in which the caterer supplies all beers, liquors and setups plus bartenders.

OFF PREMISE LIQUOR SERVICE

Our complete beverage service is available at any location of your choice and is subject to a $250.00 service and insurance coverage charge. All bars for this type of service are subject to a Minimum of $750.00 in sales. We operate according to the rules and regulations of the Maine Liquor Commission. We are fully insured and can provide a copy when necessary for all events. Bartender and Set-Up fee $150.00 per 100 guests. Additional Bartender fee of $75.00 applies per 100 additional guests.

We offer a wide selection of domestic and imported wines to compliment your meal.
Please allow us to suggest the proper wine for your taste. Wine can be purchased by Bottle or Poured Carafe.
