Additional information, policies and charges
"Personal Touch Catering" takes great pride in offering to you our very own facility, "The Roost" to hold your special event.
"The Roost" country in style, has a seating capacity of 20 to 175 guests downstairs, including the head table in addition, there is seating upstairs on our wrap around balcony for 135 guests.
"GENERAL FACTS"
•Seating capacity of 310 guests.
•A 500.00 Non-refundable deposit is required to hold this date for the function hall.
•Head table available up to 24 guests.
•Hall Rental Rates - $350.00 plus price per person on full catering service with less than a 100 guests. If more than 100 guests the hall rental fee is waived. If wedding ceremony is preformed at the Roost than a fee of $100.00 if required. If only light food is purchased than a rental fee of $350.00 is required. Benefits and fundraisers are subject to a rental fee of $250.00. Our rental hours is first time slot up to 4 PM and second time slot beginning at 6:00 PM up to 12AM. If you wish to have your reception in the middle of these 2 time slots and additional fee will apply.
•No outside food or beverages are allowed to be brought in. No outside caterers are allowed.
•Additional room charge for rehearsals being held prior to wedding ceremony of $75.00.
•Additional room charge for the Wedding held at the facility of 100.00.
•Decorating is subject to our policies. We will decorate at an additional charge of $250.00.
•3400 square feet of natural dance floor space, one of Maine’s largest.
•This is a Cash Bar Facility. If no bar is required that the room rental fee will apply.
"POLICIES"
•All menus include the staff, set up of linen table cloths (white or off white), skirts, china plates, flat ware, mirror and candle( for center of table) and laminated coffee cups (on coffee station). Buffet tables are in full linen table cloths and skirts. Depending on color, we try to coordinate skirts or a napkin color to match your wedding colors.
•Buffet prices quoted are based on 75 people or more. If less than 75 people a surcharge may be added depending on menu requirements.
•Free consultation and planning for your event.
•All our buffet tables are set up larger than most caterers.
•Full service supplied for the event by an assigned Hostess.
•No additional charge will be added for cutting and serving your cake. If not purchased from us, you must provide something to serve it on. You may bring something of your own, or we can provide something for a small fee.
•Overtime charges will be charged should you function time be increased.
•We use a full uniformed service staff that is well groomed, pleasant and efficient.
•We can make any and all arrangements to make your party successful, to include but not limited to: tents, tables, chairs, music, limousines, flowers, invitations, tuxes or just information in general from the best professionals to work with.
