•A 500.00 deposit is required to confirm your specific event.

•Deposits are non-refundable.

•A guarantee of the number served is required 14 days in advance of event.

•Final payment for all social functions must be made 8 days prior to the function date.

•All menu prices are subject to a 7% Maine Sales tax and 19% service charges.

•All menus include the following: We will provide setups for the buffets and tables. Buffet tables will be done in linen; food service will be served with hard silverware, laminated plates and coffee cups. If you wish to have guest tables set up with linen or paper, china, silverware, glassware and coffee cups, there will be an additional charge.

•Labor charges will apply for staffing. These charges will be based upon the contracted event.

•Buffet prices quoted are based on 75 people or more.  If your party is less than 75 people and you definitely want a buffet a surcharge may be added to your menu depending on the menu.

•All prices subject to change without notice.

•Free consultation and planning for your event.

•Firm prices will be quoted up till 6 months prior to function.

•All our buffet tables are set up larger than most caterers.  All left over food will be dispose of, due to liability reasons. 

•There is no charge for our hostess to cut and wrap your cake.  If we have to provide a napkin or plate to put it on there will be a $25.00 charge.

•Overtime charges of $75.00 per hour or part of will be charged should your function time be increased.

•We use full uniformed wait staff people that are well groomed, pleasant and efficient. Gratuity to Staff optional.

•We can make any and all arrangements to make your party successful, to include but not limited to: tables, tents, chairs, music, limousine, or just information about any of this information.
