EVENTS ON BROADWAY

 POLICIES AND CHARGES

• A non-refundable deposit is required to confirm your specific event.
• Final payment for event must be made 8 days prior to the function date.
• There is a 7% Maine State Meal Tax and a customary 20% service charge.
• Set ups include:  full service with linen table cloths, napkins, skirts and buffet cloths.  Depending on color we try to either get napkins to match something in your wedding party.  For all jobs we will set all tables with silverware, china plates, and water glasses and toast glasses and table candles.
• Wedding cakes purchased through us at no additional fee.  If the cake is brought into our facility there will be a $50.00 service fee.
• Overtime charges of $75.00 per hour or part of will be charged should your function time be increased.
• We can make any and all arrangements to make your party successful, to include but not limited to:  tables, tents, tents, chairs, music, limousine, flowers, invitations, tuxes and gowns.
