Bringing the staff together for a breakfast meeting or working through lunch doesn't have to mean a lot of work, at least not in preparing the menu. No matter what you have planned, our diverse breakfast and luncheon menus will offer something for everyone.
CORPORATE SELECTIONS
Continental Breakfasts
Assorted fresh fruits served with raspberry dipping sauce. From the bakery we will include pecan sticky buns, flavored scones and assorted french style danish. We finish this off with assorted bagels served with plain and flavored cream cheese. Beverage to include: Colombian regular and decaffeinated. Assorted chilled juices.
Smoked Salmon and Bagels
Smoke salmon display (3 oz. per person) with bagels and whipped cream cheese. Set up with capers, chopped egg, red onions and sour cream.
Heart Healthy Breakfast
Muesli cereal with 2% milk or low fat yogurt. Sliced melons, oranges and grapefruit with strawberries and assorted low fat muffins (1 per person). Individual fruit yogurt and low fat cottage cheese with fresh fruit coulis.

Custom hot breakfast menus and prices can be quoted on a custom designed basis.
To enhance you breakfast may we suggest assorted breakfast cereals or old fashioned oatmeal.
