served with mixed green salad and Pavilions own sauces. We can modify this station
to meet your tastes, and provide an ice feature for this station.
Roasted Tenderloin Carvery
Roasted beef tenderloin, crusted, then seared and served
with fresh horseradish cream, mustards and artisan rolls
Sirloin Carving Station
Grilled Black Angus Beef Sirloin with
Au Jus or green peppercorn sauce, horseradish and dijon.
“Hip of Pork”
The tenderest piece of fresh ham, slow roasted and carved to order.
Served with an assortment of Pavilion special sauces.
Smoked Meat Carvery
Pastrami and corned beef, with a selection of deli mustards, rye breads,
mini kaisers and onion buns, potato salad, coleslaw and kosher dills.
Pavilion Fajita Station
Mini soft warm tortilla cones, presented in shot glasses
with shredded chicken, julienne of vegetables, shredded lettuce,
tomato, house made salsa and choice of sour cream or guacamole.
Oriental Noodle Express
Thick and thin oriental noodles, with julienne of vegetables,
tossed in two distinct sauces,of honey ginger soy and sesame oyster sauce.
Served in take out boxes with chopsticks or forks.
Stir Fry Station
Sizzling woks of beef, chicken and oriental vegetables,
baby cock choy and tender bean sprout , ginger and hot and mild sauces,served
w/Asian rice and noodles
Caviar Station
Presented on ice—Asetra, Beluga and Imperial caviar served
with chopped capers, red onions, grated yolks and egg whites and fresh lemon.
